Rent a professional stand up steamer (larger than the one pictured) to use on your wedding day for bridesmaids robes + dresses as well as your wedding dress + veil.

$100, Provide us with quantities needed + the desired color for the following types of candles: pillar, taper, votive, tealights, etc and we will order them for you and either ship them to you or bring them to the wedding to set up if we are hired for day-of coordination. You will receive an invoice for the candle cost (no up charge).

Rental FAQ's
How do I reserve rentals?
Contact us at inthedetailsweddingplanning@gmail.com with a list of your interests. If we have the items available for your wedding date, you will pay 50% of your total up front. You will pay the remainder 2 weeks prior to your event.
Do I need to be a planning client to rent from your inventory?
The simple answer is no! Anyone can rent from us. However, our brides do receive special discounts + have the luxury of having delivery, setup + teardown included in the rental price.
Do you offer delivery, set up + pick up at the end of the night?
For our planning + coordination clients, delivery, setup and teardown is automatically included. For all others, you may add on delivery for 15% of your rental total. We do not offer set up. Pick up after your event is a flat rate of $200. Items must be boxed up and ready by the time our staff arrives for pickup. Policies differ for greenery wall delivery, setup, pickup and tear down.
When do I pick up my rentals before my event? When do they need to be returned by?
You may pick up your rentals between 5pm-7pm on Thursday before your event. The items must be returned on Monday between 10am-noon. If you are unable to return within these time frames just let us know.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees will be incurred for events more than 20 miles outside of Grand Rapids.
What happens if I break something?
Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were given. If damaged, you will be charged the full retail price to replace the item(s).
What happens if I return my items late?
You will be charged a late fee that will be detailed in your contract.
