What is included?

​1. Up to 2 site visits: one at the beginning of the planning process and one during our timeline meeting
2. Mapping + floor plan creation: Measure the square footage of the backyard We will map out where the outlets and water hookups are located and include these details in the floor plan to make sure every vendor is placed in an appropriate spot in the space. Ensure all tents, dance floor, tables, chairs, etc will fit comfortably in the space
​3. Wedding planner will be on site the day before your wedding as all of your wedding rentals are arriving to point people in the right direction as well as begin setup (up to 8 hours)

Why is the add-on required for planning clients? 

Here at In the Details Weddings we want to make sure we are always being as thorough as possible in the planning process. There are endless details to consider in the wedding planning process and, as you now know, even MORE to think through for a backyard wedding. We want to make sure we have carefully considered each detail prior to your wedding day. By purchasing this Backyard Wedding Add-on, we are able to ensure you that we have gathered all of the crucial information we need to make your event a success. Final Details clients are encouraged, but not required, to purchase the add-on. It is expected that you are covering all bases during the planning process on your own but we are more than happy to jump in and help with these important logistics.
