Here at In the Details, we want to make picking your wedding planning package as simple as possible which is why we offer 4 basic packages. However, we know every bride is different and each has specific needs of their own. Below you will find additional details that you may add to any wedding coordination or planning package of your choosing! 

Bridal Assistant

Having your bridesmaids + maid of honor by your side all day making sure your needs are met is so special! They help you stay on schedule, support you when the tears start rolling (happy tears, of course!) and they will even hold your dress while you use the bathroom. Just being real here! Most bridesmaids are more than willing to drop everything for their bestie bride but you also want them to relax and enjoy the day, right?! That is where we come in. On a typical wedding day we are hard at work setting up your ceremony and reception and communicating with your vendors. When you add on a bridal assistant, you will not only have a Coordinator and Event Assistants to run your day, but you will also have someone right by your side all day to meet YOUR needs. Your dress rips? We sew it! You lose your special wedding day earrings? We go buy new ones! You need someone in the hotel lobby to guide your hair stylist to the room? We are there! Every need will met by your bridal assistant! 

Price: $1,000

Invitation assembly, mailing + RSVP tracking

$200 per 100 guests invited to your wedding 

Wedding Website Creation

$250 for a basic website including 4 different pages, $30 per additional page 

Custom Beauty Schedule + Appointment Scheduling 

$500 for up to 1 year of appointment scheduling, add $100 for every additional month beyond 1 year
(1) Fill out my beauty questionnaire so I can understand your goals, budget and availability 
(2) I create a custom recommended beauty appointments schedule for you for the year
(3) You approve of the schedule
(4) I book up to a years worth of appointments for you! 

All Inclusive Backyard Wedding Add-On

$1,200 flat rate
​1. Up to 2 site visits: one at the beginning of the planning process and one during our timeline meeting 
2. Mapping + floor plan creation:
  • Measure the square footage of the backyard  
  • We will map out where the outlets and water hookups are located and include these details in the floor plan to make sure every vendor is placed in an appropriate spot in the space.
  • Ensure all tents, dance floor, tables, chairs, etc will fit comfortably in the space
3. Wedding planner will be on site the day before your wedding as all of your wedding rentals are arriving to point people in the right direction as well as begin setup (up to 8 hours)

Bridal Party Gift Shopping + Wrapping

$250 for bridesmaids only (up to 6 ladies)
$450 for your entire bridal party (up to 12 total people)
$50 for each additional bridesmaid/groomsman 

Additional Assistants

$250 per additional assistant plus hotel accommodations if 60 miles or further from Grand Rapids, may be required in certain instances. Ask us why! 

Hotel Recommendations + Room Block Reservation

$150 for up to 3 hotel room blocks
Includes a complimentary booking for the bride and groom on their wedding night 
$50 for each additional hotel room block reservation

Welcome bag shopping, assembly + distribution

$500 for your first 150 guests, additional $150 per 50 people added

Wedding Day Mimosa Bar

$300 for champagne, a variety of fresh juices, garnishes and all materials needed for up to 12 ladies to have 2 mimosas each. Table and linen included. For groups larger than 12 add $25 per additional person. For glass flutes instead of plastic add $10 per person. 
***Travel Fees for this service are waived if you have booked a bridal assistant or the Every Last Detail PLUS package.

Price: $75 per hour

A La Carte Planning Hours:

A la carte planning hours are perfect for 3 types of brides:
1. The bride who has already booked one of our wedding planning packages but feels she needs additional help outside of what is already included in the package.
2. The bride who is on a tighter budget but could really use some extra consulting in specific areas.
3. The bride who has a good grip on the planning process but there are certain areas where she wants a professional opinion to elevate her wedding to the next level!
